    Dogs must have current Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordatella vaccinations plus monthly flea and tick preventative. These requirements ensure the health and safety of all dogs in our facility.

  • How long does service dog training take?

    Our service dog program consists of four 6-week courses covering Basic Obedience, Public Access, Canine Good Citizen, and Handler Certification. Specialized tasks may require additional training time.

  • Are the boarding kennels climate controlled?

    Yes, all our kennels feature indoor/outdoor runs that are heated in winter and air conditioned in summer. The outdoor sections are covered for shade and weather protection.

  • Can you train my own dog for service work?

    Yes, we can train your personal dog as long as they pass our temperament test and meet the criteria for required service tasks. A doctor's statement is needed to start the program.

  • What's included in basic obedience training?

    Dogs learn to walk quietly on leash without pulling, sit when you stop, sit-stay for one minute, down-stay for three minutes, and come when called around distractions.

  • Do you offer military discounts?

    Yes, we provide a 10% discount on boarding services for all active duty and retired military personnel as well as law enforcement officers. Proper identification is required.

  • Can aggressive dogs be boarded here?

    Yes, we can accommodate aggressive dogs with an additional charge of $5.00 per day. Our experienced staff knows how to safely handle and care for challenging dogs.

    We train PTSD and emotional support dogs, wheelchair assistance, hearing and sight assistance, seizure dogs, and retrieval assistance dogs. Each type requires specialized training protocols.

    Kennel viewing hours are Monday through Friday from 4-6 PM. This allows prospective clients to tour our climate-controlled facilities and large exercise areas before booking.
